  • 11:00 AM – 11:15 AM | Snack Break & Ice Resurface (15 mins)

    • Players head to the locker room to hydrate, refuel, and rest.

  • 11:15 AM – 12:45 PM | On-Ice Session 2 (90 mins)

    • Focus: Small area games, game-situation drills, and conditioning.

Wednesday, July 1

  • 7:30 AM – 8:45 AM | On-Ice Session 1 (75 mins)

    • Focus: Quick starts, agility work, and puck handling.

  • 8:45 AM – 9:30 AM | Extended Rest & Fuel Break (45 mins)

    • A longer intermission to rest the legs and grab a light snack before the next block.

  • 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM | On-Ice Session 2 (90 mins)

    • Focus: Competition drills and game-scenario training.

Friday, July 3

  • 7:45 AM – 9:15 AM | On-Ice Session 1 (90 mins)

    • Focus: Shooting mechanics, scoring in tight, and transitional play.

  • 9:15 AM – 9:30 AM | Snack Break & Ice Resurface (15 mins)
