PEP Development Camp – Elevate Your Game Before the Season Begins

Join us for an elite-level PEP Development Camp designed to prepare players for the upcoming season through a comprehensive, high-performance experience on and off the ice.

This intensive, full-day training camp offers 2+ hours of ice per day and 3+ hours of structured off-ice training, combining cutting-edge skill development with hockey-specific strength, speed, and strategy sessions.

What’s Included:

  • Elite PEP Skills Training
    Every on-ice session utilizes Power Edge Pro (PEP) to sharpen reaction time, skating mechanics, and puck control in dynamic, game-replicating patterns.

  • Offensive & Defensive Development
    Focused training in puck protection, gap control, angling, and small-area battles. Each athlete will receive individualized coaching to elevate decision-making and compete level.

  • Off-Ice Strength & Conditioning
    Athletes will participate in structured, progressive weight training, speed/agility development, and recovery protocols—all designed with hockey performance in mind.
    Science-Backed Strength Training Built for Hockey

    Our off-ice training isn’t just filler—it’s designed with purpose. Players will engage in age-appropriate, science-based strength training that emphasizes movement quality, progressive overload, and hockey-specific athleticism. Using proven methods supported by sports science literature, our program focuses on developing speed, power, balance, and injury resilience. From lower-body explosiveness to core stability and upper-body strength, every workout is built with hockey in mind—and adjusted to match the age and experience of each athlete. Our goal is to create athletes who move well, train smart, and perform confidently when the puck drops.

  • Hockey IQ & Theory Sessions
    Midday classroom-style breakdowns focusing on positioning, systems, decision-making, and pro-level habits.

  • Nutrition & Performance Education
    Players will receive foundational nutrition knowledge to support performance and recovery, including hydration strategies and meal guidance.

  • Snacks and Electrolytes Included
    Please make sure your athlete brings a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the day. We’ll be providing Gatorade, other electrolyte drinks, and healthy snacks to keep everyone fueled.

    If your athlete would like additional food, they are welcome to pack their own lunch.

    We’re also offering a lunch option through the camp:
    If you choose to add "Camp Lunch" to your registration, you’ll receive a menu with daily options. Lunch will be catered from Stonefire Grill, Q & Q Hawaiian BBQ, Teriyaki Madness, and Jersey Mike’s.Why This Camp Is Different:

7:45 AM – Arrival & Check-In
Athletes arrive, check in, and prepare for the day.

8:00 – 9:25 AM – Training and Run

  • 8:00-8:10 - Run to Heritage Park

  • 8:10-9:10 Group Workout and Speed training

  • 9:10-9:20 Run Back to Rink

9:20-9:45 Am - Get Gear On

9:45 – 10:45 AM – On-Ice Session #1
Focused skating and skill development session.

11:00AM – 1:00 PM – off Ice Training

• 11:00 – 11:40 PM: Weightlifting – Session 1 of 3

• 11:40 – 12:20 PM: Power & Plyometrics – Session 2 of 3

• 12:20 – 1:00 PM: Hockey Theory– Session 3 of 3

1 – 1:30 PM – Lunch + Hockey IQ Session
Athletes eat and engage in off-ice video review, tactical breakdowns, or Q&A.

1:45 – 2:45 PM – On-Ice Session #2
Tactical application and high-intensity skill transfer.

3:00 – 3:30 PM – Mobility and Recovery
Group mobility work, recovery routines, and final coaching points.

3:30 PM – Dismissal
Athletes released for the day.
