7:45 AM – 9:15 AM | On-Ice Session 1 (90 mins)
Focus: Power skating, edge work, and high-tempo skill development.
9:15 AM – 9:30 AM | Snack Break & Ice Resurface (15 mins)
Players head to the locker room to hydrate, refuel, and rest.
9:30 AM – 11:00 AM | On-Ice Session 2 (90 mins)
Focus: Small area games, game-situation drills, and conditioning.
9:30 AM – 11:00 AM | Morning On-Ice Session (90 mins)
Focus: Read-and-react drills, puck protection, and shooting mechanics.
11:00 AM – 1:30 PM | Extended Lunch & Dryland Break
A longer midday break for lunch, a video/strategy review, or light off-ice stretching before the final push.
1:30 PM – 3:00 PM | Afternoon On-Ice Session (90 mins)
Focus: competition drills, and camp wrap-up.
